What happens after I purchase a Wayfinder Report?
After your complimentary discovery call, if we are a good fit you can purchase a Wayfinder Report. Reports are ready within 3-5 business days. Once it's ready we'll connect for a follow-up go over your report, answer questions, provide one complimentary revision if needed, and discuss next steps. If you’d like us to handle bookings and ongoing trip management, we’ll guide you to the service tier that best fits your needs at that time.
How far in advance should I start the Wayfinder process?
Ideally, we recommend starting 4–12 months before your travel dates, depending on the destination and complexity. This ensures the best availability, pricing, and access to in-demand experiences. That said, we can work with shorter timelines — the sooner we start, the more options we can secure. We do not book or plan travel with less than 72 hour from departure.
